It depends on what the system needs to do. After the first conversation, you get a written proposal with what will be done, the timeline and the price, before any commitment.
02How long does it take?
It depends on the size. The websites in our case studies were ready in 7 days and the systems in 20 to 45 days; larger projects can take up to 3 months. Your timeline is in the proposal. Since delivery happens in parts, you start using the first modules before the whole system is ready.
03Do I need to understand technology?
No. You explain how your business works, in your own words. The technical side is on TWS, and your team gets guidance on how to use it.
04Does it work on my phone?
Yes. The system opens in the browser on your laptop and your phone, with the same data on both.
05What happens after the system is ready?
TWS stays close by to keep the system running and to improve it when your business needs something new.
06My system was built by another company. Can TWS take it over?
Yes. The first step is finding out what technology it was built with. Then TWS maintains it, improves it or, when it makes more sense, rebuilds it. We already work with companies in this situation.
07I already use spreadsheets. Will I lose what I have?
The idea is to make use of what you already have. The data in your spreadsheets can be brought into the system during setup.
