Software
Software built for your business and someone to look after it.
TWS builds systems from scratch and also takes over systems another company built: keeps them running, improves them or rebuilds them when that makes more sense.

What TWS does
Build, maintain, improve or rebuild.
If you can explain how it works, TWS can build it. The first step is understanding what the system needs to do and how your business works.
Custom software
Finance, customers, scheduling, inventory, whatever your business needs, starting from the way you already work.
Maintenance
Fixes, tweaks, new users and care for your data, day to day.
Improvements
New modules, reports and integrations in the system your team already uses.
Rebuild without losing data
When patching costs more than rebuilding, TWS builds it again and keeps the data the business has already entered.
Integrations
Connections with payment providers and with other systems the business already uses.
On laptop and phone
The system opens in the browser, with the same data on both.
Already have a system?
TWS takes over systems built by other companies.
The developer disappeared, the team changed or nobody can touch it anymore? The system does not have to stop. TWS already works with companies in this situation.
Identify the technology
the first step is finding out which language, database and server the system was built with.
Keep it running
fixes, tweaks and care for the data, so the business does not stop.
Improve or rebuild
once the system is known, TWS improves what exists or, when it makes more sense, rebuilds it and keeps the data.
How it works
From the first chat to the project going live.
The same four steps in every TWS project. You follow each one.

01
Conversation
We learn how your business works today: the notebook, the spreadsheets, WhatsApp, who does what.

02
Proposal
Based on that conversation, TWS puts together the project plan. Nothing starts until you approve it.

03
Building
The system is delivered in parts. You use it, give your feedback and we adjust before the next stage.

04
Live
The system goes live and your team is shown how to use it day to day.
Live projects
Systems already live.
Built by TWS and used by real businesses.

01My system was built by another company. Can TWS take it over?
Yes. The first step is identifying the technology it was built with. Then TWS maintains it, improves it or, when it makes more sense, rebuilds it. We already work with companies in this situation.
02How long does a system take?
It depends on the size. The systems in our case studies were ready in 20 to 45 days; larger projects can take up to 3 months. Since delivery happens in parts, you start using the first modules before the whole system is ready.
03How much does custom software cost?
It depends on what the system needs to do. After the first conversation, you get a written proposal with what will be done, the timeline and the price, before any commitment.
04I already use spreadsheets. Do I lose what I have?
The idea is to make use of what you already have. The data in your spreadsheets can be brought into the system during setup.
