Accessibility statement

Accessibility

We want everyone to be able to use this website. Here is what it offers, how we test it, where it still falls short and how to reach us.

Last reviewed on October 22, 2026

In short

  • We aim for WCAG 2.2, level AA, and Brazil’s Inclusion Law.
  • It works with screen readers, with the keyboard alone and with zoom up to 400%.
  • Brazilian Sign Language (Libras) on the Portuguese pages. No video on the site has sound.
  • Found a barrier? Write to contato@tws.tec.br or message us on WhatsApp.

Our commitment

TWS wants everyone to be able to use this website. That includes people who are blind or have low vision, Deaf people, people with motor or cognitive disabilities and people who feel unwell with motion on screen.

The standard we aim for is WCAG 2.2, level AA (the international web accessibility guidelines), and the Brazilian Inclusion Law (Law 13.146/2015, article 63).

What the website offers

Grouped by need. Look for the block that fits you.

Screen readers

  • Every page has one main heading, and headings follow in order.
  • The first link is "Skip to content".
  • Images have descriptions. Purely decorative ones stay silent.
  • Links that open a new tab say so first.
  • Each page declares its language, so the reader uses the right voice.
  • In forms, every field has a name. Errors are read aloud and focus moves to the field that needs fixing.

Keyboard

  • Everything works with Tab, Enter, Space, the arrow keys and Esc.
  • Focus is always visible, with a light blue outline.
  • Nothing traps the keyboard. Tab order follows reading order.
  • Menus open with Enter and close with Esc, and focus returns to the button.

Low vision and zoom

  • Text colors have enough contrast with the background to read well, at level AA.
  • At up to 400% zoom (or on a 320 px screen), nothing disappears and nothing scrolls sideways.

Deaf and hard of hearing

  • Brazilian Sign Language through VLibras on every page in Portuguese.
  • No video on the site has sound. No information depends on hearing.
  • You reach us in writing, on WhatsApp or by email. No phone call needed.

Reduced motion

  • With "reduce motion" turned on in your device, nothing moves by itself: no smooth scrolling, no animated scenes, videos stay on their final frame.
  • Videos never play on their own. They only move forward as you scroll.
  • Testimonials that change on their own have a pause button.
  • Nothing flashes.

Touch and voice control

  • Buttons and links have a touch area of at least 24 px. On touch screens, buttons are 44 px.
  • The name voice control recognizes starts with the text on screen, like "EN" in the language selector.

Easy reading

  • The menu and footer are the same on every page, in the same place.
  • On inner pages, the breadcrumb at the top shows where you are.
  • Forms tell you what is missing and how to fix it.
  • This page and the Privacy Policy use short sentences and no technical terms.

Brazilian Sign Language (Libras)

VLibras translates from Portuguese, so the button does not appear on English pages. To use it, open the Portuguese version of this page.

How to use VLibras

  1. On a page in Portuguese, press the "Libras" button, fixed on the right side of the screen, halfway down. On phones it shows only a hand icon.
  2. VLibras, the Brazilian federal government’s translator, opens with an avatar.
  3. Click or tap any text on the page and the avatar signs it in Libras.

The website only downloads VLibras after you press the button. Once you turn it on, it stays on as you move to other pages.

Please note: VLibras is an automatic, computer-made translation. It helps, but it may not catch the full meaning. If something is unclear, write to us.

How we test

  • Automated tools (Lighthouse and axe) on every page, on mobile and desktop. In the audit of October 21 and 22, 2026, every page scored 100 for accessibility in Lighthouse and axe found no issues.
  • Hands-on checks: the whole site with the keyboard alone, at 400% zoom and with "reduce motion" on.
  • A review of the content the way a screen reader reads it.

Tools do not replace people. That is why we also count on the people who use the website: if something gets in your way, let us know and we will fix it.

Known limits

  • VLibras is an automatic translation and only appears on pages in Portuguese.
  • Some pages opened from the website belong to other companies: WhatsApp, the payment pages (Asaas and Stripe) and VLibras itself. Their accessibility is up to each company.
  • The games and systems shown as examples are described images, not the working systems. If you want to know more about one, get in touch.

Found a barrier? Tell us

If something got in your way, we want to know. Write to us in whatever way is easiest for you.

It helps a lot if you tell us

  • which page you were on;
  • what you were trying to do;
  • the tool you use, if any (screen reader, magnifier, keyboard, sign language, voice control).

We reply and fix it as soon as we can.
