What the TWS website collects, why, for how long and how you decide. In plain language.
Updated on October 22, 2026
In short
- The form asks only for what we need to reply: your name, one way to reach you and what you need.
- Your message goes to the TWS email. The website does not keep your data in a database.
- The website does not use cookies or analytics or advertising tools.
- We do not sell data. To see, correct or delete yours, write to contato@tws.tec.br.
Who is responsible for your data
TWS · Tkm Web Solutions, based in Orlândia, São Paulo, Brazil, is responsible (the controller, under Brazil’s data protection law, the LGPD) for the data processed on this website.
Privacy questions and requests: contato@tws.tec.br or WhatsApp +55 16 98107-7504 (opens in a new tab).
What we collect through the forms
Nothing is sent until you press the send button. Each form asks for:
- Contact (home page and Contact page): name, company (optional), WhatsApp or email (at least one), your situation, the areas you want to organize, the timing and a message (optional).
- iGaming proposal: name, company (optional), WhatsApp or email (at least one), the engagement model, the country of operation and a message (optional).
Along with it go the language and the address of the page you sent it from, plus a timer used only to block bots.
Why: to reply to you or to prepare the proposal you asked for. We do not use this data for anything else or add you to a marketing list.
Where it goes
- By email: the website sends the form to the TWS mailbox. The server does not save the data to disk or to a database, and the sending log only records whether it worked, with no name, contact, message or IP.
- Through WhatsApp: when you send it, the website opens WhatsApp with the message ready. You are the one who sends it, from your own account, and the chat follows WhatsApp’s (Meta’s) rules.
- Against abuse: to block mass sending, the server counts, only in memory and for 10 minutes, how many messages come from each IP address.
The WhatsApp and email buttons around the website only open your app; the website receives nothing through them.
Why we are allowed to process this data
Under the LGPD (Brazilian Law 13,709/2018), article 7: to handle your request before a possible contract (item V) and, to reply to you, TWS’s legitimate interest (item IX).
How long we keep it
The emails with your data stay in the TWS mailbox for as long as needed to handle your request and to meet legal obligations. If you ask, we delete them, except what the law requires us to keep.
Libras (VLibras)
On the Portuguese pages, the Libras button opens VLibras, the Brazilian Federal Government’s sign language translator. It only loads after you press the button; from then on, your browser connects to the VLibras servers, which follow the government’s own policy. Once turned on, it stays on in the next pages.
Store purchases
When a store product has online payment, the buy button takes you to the payment processor’s page (Asaas or Stripe). Payment details are entered there, under their policy; the TWS website does not receive card data.
Server and security
The website runs on a server of TWS’s own. Like any server, it records technical data about each request (IP address, date and time, page requested and browser), used only for security and to keep the website online. Form submissions are left out of this log.
Fonts, images and videos come from our own server: the website does not load fonts, videos or maps from other companies.
The connection is always encrypted (HTTPS), and access to the TWS mailbox is restricted to the team.
Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent data. It only leaves TWS when you choose (WhatsApp, the payment page), when the law or an authority requires it and, if you accept cookies, through the analytics tools.
Your rights
The LGPD (article 18) gives you the right, at any time, to:
- know whether we process your data and access it;
- correct incomplete, wrong or outdated data;
- ask for unnecessary, excessive or unlawfully processed data to be anonymized, blocked or deleted;
- take your data to another provider (portability);
- delete data processed with your consent and withdraw your consent;
- know who we share it with and what happens if you do not consent;
- object to processing that does not comply with the law.
To make a request, write to contato@tws.tec.br saying what you want. We reply within the LGPD deadlines and may ask you to confirm the request is yours.
You can also file a complaint with Brazil’s National Data Protection Authority (ANPD): gov.br/anpd (opens in a new tab).
Changes to this policy
If the website starts handling data in a different way, this page changes first. The date at the top shows the latest update.
