The network
Every bonus starts with a recorded purchase.
When someone buys a product, a package or a subscription, the platform calculates the direct referral bonus, the unilevel earnings across the configured levels and, in the Pro edition, the binary points, and records every entry in an auditable ledger.

Binary network (Pro)

During setup, TWS applies your visual identity (logo, images, icons and colors), configures your network’s rules and puts the platform live on TWS servers. Every calculation is checked with you before launch.

01Where do distributors’ earnings come from?
From your company’s business plan. The network can earn from product sales, subscriptions or package purchases, and the rules are configured on the platform to match that plan. Every bonus is recorded in the ledger and in the distributor’s statement.
02Is multi-level marketing legal?
It depends on the business plan and on the law of the country where the company operates. TWS provides the technology, and we recommend having the plan reviewed by legal counsel before launch. Models where earnings come only from new people joining, with no real product or service, may be considered pyramid schemes.
03How does pricing work?
You pay a one-time setup fee for TWS to apply your brand and launch the platform, plus a monthly fee that covers hosting, database, backups, security, monitoring, bug fixes and new versions. Prices start at $1,500 setup and $299 per month for Unilevel, and $2,500 and $499 per month for Pro. The final price comes in a written quote.
04What is the difference between Unilevel and Pro?
Unilevel pays per-level earnings on the network’s purchases. Pro includes everything in Unilevel and adds the binary network, with spillover, points per leg and cycles on the weaker leg.
05What if I need a new feature?
TWS reviews the request. If it is exclusive to your platform, you get a quote first. If it benefits every platform, TWS builds it at no cost and releases it to everyone. Design or layout changes only go live with your approval.
06Can I own the source code?
Yes, as an option. The source code purchase is priced separately, from $15,000, with the final price in the quote.
07Who is responsible for the business model?
The company that hires TWS. TWS provides and maintains the platform; the business plan, the compensation rules and compliance with the law of the country where the company operates are defined by the company.
