Live
The system goes live and TWS stays close to maintain and improve it.
01Is the app built from scratch for my company?
No. It is a ready-made platform, already in use, that TWS adapts with your brand, your services and your rules.
02Which payment methods does the app accept?
Pix via QR code, boleto and credit card in full or in installments, via Asaas. The company chooses in the panel which methods are turned on. Asaas is currently the only payment provider integrated. These are Brazilian payment methods.
03Does the service team get an app?
The team uses the web service provider panel, which opens in the browser on a phone or computer: schedule, appointment status, closing with photos, goals and tickets. There is no separate app for service providers.
04Does it work for several companies or as a marketplace?
No. Each installation belongs to one company, with its own team and services. It is not a marketplace open to other providers.
05Does the app send notifications or have chat?
Not today: there are no push notifications or real-time chat. Customer contact goes through support tickets. If your operation needs that, bring it up in the quote.
06What is the tech stack?
The app is built with React Native (Expo), for Android and iOS. The backend is Laravel, runs on Docker and uses SSL. The app of a TWS client is already published in the app stores.
07How much does it cost?
It depends on what needs to be adapted. After a conversation, TWS sends a written quote with scope, timeline and price.
